Our staff, clients, and volunteers are the heart of DFSI, and your health and safety are paramount. Because of the increase in Covid 19 positives, we will roll back into phase one of our reopening plan. Dress for Success will continue to support women seeking employment with virtual training and professional attire available by delivery or curbside pickup. Please note the following exceptions to phase one:

Phase I – Building Open for Staff Only
- Staff in office on a limited basis.
- Services provided:
- New clothing service! Referrals accepted for interview and new job clothing using no contact process called EmpowHer Kits.
- Client workshops, meetings, and individual coaching offered virtually.
- Clothing donations accepted as outlined here.
- Use of hand sanitizer, health screening, and face mask required to enter facility.
- Ongoing stringent cleaning and disinfecting according to CDC and health department guidelines.
Phase II – Limited In Person Services Resume

- Building open to non-staff, 25 maximum capacity.
- Services provided:
- EDGE job hunting workshops resume in person
- In-person client clothing appointments resume on limited basis.
- Professional Women’s Group meeting offered virtually.
- Mobile Services provided at community partner sites.
- Clothing donations accepted as outlined here.
- Virtual volunteer orientation.
- Virtual referring agency orientation.
- Hand sanitizing, health screening, and face masks required when entering facility.
- Social distancing guidelines followed.
- Cleaning and disinfecting processes continue from Phase I.
Phase III – Full Service Delivery Resumes
